FAQ - Dentally Vision Error when updating, what should I do?
If you run into the following error when updating the Dentally Vision Acquisition Agent, you can troubleshoot this Windows error running the Acquisition Agent manually as administrator.
Navigate to the following location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Acquisition Agent
Righ click on theAcquisition Agent.exe and choose Run as administrator from the drop down list.
Tip๐กMake sure you are already logged into your Windows machine as an admin before doing this. If you are not logged into Windows as an Admin you will need to enter your admin credentials. Please contact your IT for assistance if you are unsure of the Admin username and password.
