The Collections Report is a Canada Specific Report 🇨🇦 and it allows you to see a full list of transactions taken through Dentally in a specified time period.
When should I use the Collections Report?
We recommend using this report daily to assist with cashing up at the end of each work day.
This report makes it easy to break down card and cash payments and even allows you to break this down further by payment plan and practitioner using these filters at the top of the report. 👇
How to use the Collections Report?
The Collections Report is found under the Reports menu, in the Financial section.
When viewing the Collections Report the filters will be shown on the left hand side. You can use these to change the specifications you are reporting on.
This will always default to the current days payments but can be changed as needed.
