What is the 'Collections' report?
The 'Collections' report is Canada-specific, and shows you a full list of transactions taken through Dentally during your chosen time period.
You can break down card and cash payments, and drill down by payment method using the filters at the top.
💡 Top tip: We recommend using this report daily to assist with cashing up at the end of the day.
How do I use the 'Collections' report?
In the 'Reports' section, under 'Financial', select 'Collections'.
Filters on the left-hand side and at the top allow you to adjust your view, depending what you wish to report on.
These filters will always default to the current day's payments.
Download a copy of the report with your filters applied using the 'Export' button in the top right, and use the 'Print' button to print.
You can open any patient by clicking their blue name to view accounts and balances.
