Don't worry if you change your mind about using Dentally Vision our team can help ensure you still have access to your images.
Our support team can assist with moving images from Cloud Gallery to the Images Tab.
If you require these in another format externally to Dentally please raise a request with our team via chat so it can be passed to the relevant team.
If required, we can export your Dentally Vision images in .jpg or .png format for you. We will also provide you with a CSV file containing the metadata for each image
This will include information like:
the patient name
annotations
measurements
adjustments
mount/template associations
type/modality of image
