How to audit a patient's appointment

Can I see a specific appointment's audit history?

  • Navigate to the patient's record and click into the 'Appointments' tab.

  • Find the appointment you wish to view in the 'Booked appointments' section.

  • Click on the 'Edit' ๐Ÿ“ button to the right of the appointment in question.

  • At the bottom of the appointment card, click on the clock arrow icon, which will have 'updated XX ago' next to it (eg. 'updated 2 months ago').

  • This will open the appointment's history. This will show when the appointment was created/edited, by whom, and when/if the appointment status was updated (ensure you consistently update the appointment status throughout the journey, to ensure the appointment history is accurate).
