Can I see a specific appointment's audit history?
Navigate to the patient's record and click into the 'Appointments' tab.
Find the appointment you wish to view in the 'Booked appointments' section.
Click on the 'Edit' ๐ button to the right of the appointment in question.
At the bottom of the appointment card, click on the clock arrow icon, which will have 'updated XX ago' next to it (eg. 'updated 2 months ago').
This will open the appointment's history. This will show when the appointment was created/edited, by whom, and when/if the appointment status was updated (ensure you consistently update the appointment status throughout the journey, to ensure the appointment history is accurate).
