Can I see how many appointments have been booked per month?
In the 'Reports' menu, select the 'Per Month' report in the 'Appointment' section.
You will see a breakdown of appointments - the horizontal axis shows the month, while the vertical axis shows either the number of hours of appointments, or the total number of appointments (this can be selected using the 'Series' filter on the left-hand side).
The graph is colour-coded according to practitioner, meaning you can also see how many hours were with each practitioner. You can adjust the graph to be a bar, line or stacked chart.
Click 'Export' in the top right to export the data as a .csv file.
