If a patient has outstanding actions they need to complete in their Portal, they will see action cards when they log in.

They need to <a href="https://help.dentally.co/en/articles/6411428-how-patients-provide-their-medical-history-on-portal" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">complete their medical history form</a> ahead of an upcoming appointment.

They <a href="https://help.dentally.co/en/articles/3668675-how-we-collect-patient-information-through-dentally-portal" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">need to provide key missing personal information</a>.

The NHS PR action card (NHS EN/WA/SC practices only 🇬🇧)

They need to complete either an <a href="https://help.dentally.com/en/articles/4893961-how-nhs-fp17-and-gp17-forms-work-with-portal">FP17 or a GP17</a>.
