How can patients complete actions in the Portal?
If a patient has outstanding actions they need to complete in their Portal, they will see action cards when they log in.
The medical history action card
They need to complete their medical history form ahead of an upcoming appointment.
The 'Complete your details' action card
The NHS PR action card (NHS EN/WA/SC practices only 🇬🇧)
They need to complete either an FP17 or a GP17.
