๐ก Top tip: If you edit/delete a treatment item, any previous charting of this item is unaffected, meaning it does not overwrite/remove what was charted previously in your records.
How to edit a treatment item?
Go to 'Settings' and 'Treatments & Plans'.
Search for the item you wish to edit.
After selecting the item in question, you will see the items settings appear.
Make adjustments as needed, remembering to click 'Save' once finished.

How to adjust the price of a treatment item?
Once you have followed the above instructions to find your treatment item settings simply navigate to the 'Pricing' tab.
Adjust the fee as required and click 'Save'.
This will then affect the fee of any items charted going forward.
๐ก Top Tip - You can set up multiple surface pricing for items that may require this by ticking the 'Multiple' box on the 'Pricing' tab.
In the below example you can see our Composite Filling item has various prices configured for the number of surfaces for our 'AAPlan' only.
How to lock the price of a treatment item?
If you are a level 4 user and wish to disable the ability for other users to change the price of treatment items on the chart you can use the 'Prevent price change' option. To enable price lock against a treatment code:
Go to 'Settings' and 'Treatments & Plans'
Search for the item you wish to edit
On the details screen tick the 'Prevent price change' box to stop users being able to adjust the treatment item value.
Click 'Save' to apply your changes.
How to adjust the length of a specific treatment item?
Once you have followed the above instruction to find your treatment items settings simply navigate to the 'Times' tab.
Adjust the length of the item as needed and click 'Save'.
This will then affect the length of the item charted going forward.
