How do I access my NHS practice settings?

πŸ“ Please note: To disable NHS entirely for your practice, please contact Dentally support.

  • Select the 'Settings' βš™οΈ cog and click into 'Practice Settings'.

  • Click into your 'NHS' tab.

  • You must have Level 4 (Administrator) permissions to alter practice settings.

  • From here you can manage:

    • 'NHS Options' - Enable case mix.

    • 'NHS Contracts' - Add or edit your NHS contracts including targets, dates and associated practice locations. To add a new one:

      • Click '+ New' and fill in the NHS contract fields.

      • Adding the NHS targets and UDA value will ensure your NHS reports can give you accurate figures.

      • Ensure your contract is marked as 'Active' so you can use this contract to submit claims under.

πŸ“ Please note: If you need to set up an NHS Flexible commissioning contract, use the same process as for standard contracts, to add them to Dentally.
