How do I add a cancellation reason
Navigate to 'Settings' on your toolbar
Click into 'Diary' and then 'Appointment Cancellation Reasons'.
You need to have Level 4 (Administrator) permissions.
Select 'New Appointment Cancellation Reason'.
Type in your cancellation reason.
Select your cancellation type.
Click 'Save'.
This reason can now be used against appointments and reported on in reports such as the 'Appointments' report.
How to edit or remove a cancellation reason
Click on the 'Edit' π icon to the right of the cancellation reason.
You can edit the name of change the type from here.
Or you can mark the reason as 'Hidden?' to stop it from being used and appearing on reports going forward.
Make sure to click 'Save' to save any changes.
