How do I set up and manage sundry items?

When you set up sundry items, they can then be selected from a list when generating a sundry invoice.

๐Ÿ“ Please note: You need Permission Level 4 (Administrator) to add and amend sundry items.

  • In your settings, go to 'Treatments & Plans', then to the 'Sundries' tab.

  • Any current sundries will be displayed and can be amended by typing in the field.

  • Sundries can be deleted by clicking the bin ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ icon.

  • To create a new sundry, click 'New sundry' in the top right.

  • A new line will be added - simply type the details in each field and click 'Save'.

  • If you are a multi-site, the 'Location' column allows you to specify which site the sundry is available to. If you wish it to be available to all sites, leave the field blank.

๐Ÿ’ก Top tip: 'Name' is how the sundry will appear on invoices, while 'Nickname' is how it will appear to your team in the dropdown so it is easily identifiable.
