To submit Dentally Vision images:
Go to the ‘Claims’ tab in the patient record
Find the claim or pre-determination
Select the three dots (...)
Click ‘Submit Dentally Vision images’
In the window that opens:
Select the image(s) you want to submit
Use the date filter if needed to find the correct images
Click ‘Submit’
A confirmation message will be displayed once the images have been sent.
Click ‘Return and submit more’ to add more images
Click ‘Close’ to finish
💡 Top Tip: Forgot to upload an image? You can return to the submission window at any time to send additional images. Images already submitted are marked as such so you can avoid sending duplicates.
