How do I recover a Carestream OPG image from the EXAMINE Pro temporary folder?
Occasionally you may need to recover a Carestream OPG image if it has not appeared in EXAMINE Pro eg. due to a fault.
Click 'File', then select 'Important image file...'.
Browse the EXAMINE Pro temp folder (SOE/ExPro/Tmp), and select the image you wish to import.
Once the image has been imported, right click it and click 'Copy'.
Then open the patient record where you want the image to appear - click 'Edit' > 'Paste from clipboard'.
It would be best practice to go back and delete the OPG from the test record in Carestream imaging after you have pasted it into Examine Pro.
