Downloading the Acquisition Agent
To acquire images with Dentally Vision you must have the Acquisition Agent downloaded and installed on the desired machine.
🚨 Important - you must install the acquisition agent on each computer that you want to use to acquire images.
Downloading from the 'Chart' screen
Where the Acquisition Agent is either not installed or not running on the , when selecting the 'Acquire image' button, the following error message will display.
From here you can select the 'Download for Windows' or 'Download for Mac' button that pops up on the screen.
📝 Please Note - The 'Download for Windows' or 'Download for Mac' button will show depending on which operating system you are running.
Downloading from the 'Sites' settings
If you are looking to get a new machine set up for Dentally Vision before seeing an error when acquiring images, then Level 4 users can download the installation files from the 'Sites' setting page, both Windows.exe and Mac.pkg files are available for download here.
