Ellie Bot is your 24/7 AI support agent in Dentally. When you start a new support chat, Ellie is the first agent you will speak to. They can answer questions and provide accurate steps to achieve tasks in Dentally. Ellie uses our Help Centre, among other sources, to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information.

Avoid one- or two-word questions as this is likely not enough information for Ellie to provide a useful answer.
2. Specify your region
If you are not receiving an answer relevant to your region you should include your region for tailored responses.
Instead of: "How do I refund?"
Ask: "How do I refund in the UK?"
3. Ask for clarification
If the response isn’t clear or complete, request further explanation.
Examples:"Can you shorten that answer?"
"Can you explain further?"
4. Connect to an Agent if Needed
For questions beyond Ellie Bot’s capabilities, click the “Connect to an Agent” button after Ellie Bot responds. A human team member will assist you.
5. Be patient
Complex queries may take a moment to process. If the initial response isn’t perfect, ask follow-up questions or connect with an agent for further support.
6. Use natural language:
Write as if speaking to a person for the best results!
