How do I stop an item appearing on my invoice/estimate?
If you wish to stop an item from appearing on your invoices/estimates:
Make sure the value of the item in question is set to zero.
Click on the item to expand it into edit mode.
Scroll to the bottom of the item and untick the 'Show on invoice' button.
Click 'Save' against the item to apply your changes.
This item will no longer show on the estimates/invoices for this patient.
How do I make an item appear on my invoice/estimate?
If you chart an item with zero value on the treatment plan, but you still want this item to appear on your invoices and estimates you can:
Click on the item to expand it into edit mode
Scroll to the bottom of the item and tick the 'Show on invoice' button.
Click 'Save' against the item to apply your changes.
This item will now show on the estimates/invoices even with a zero value.
