How do I edit my practitioners' profiles in Portal?
Go to 'Customise' and click 'Practitioners'.
Here you will see all practitioners currently listed in your practice. You can hover over any practitioner and click 'Edit'.
You are able to add or edit the practitioner's:
Photo
Job title
Qualifications
Biography
When you are finished, click 'Done'. The info will now appear when patients book an appointment online with that practitioner.
🚨 Important: This information will be visible to patients when booking, so ensure you have the practitioner's consent before adding personal info such as photos and qualifications.
📝 Please note: To add or delete a practitioner, or to change a practitioner's name, go to the 'Practitioners' section in Dentally.
