How do I manually add a profile photo to a patient's record?
If the patient has consented to their photo being saved on their record, you can add it manually in the patient's record.
Click the square beside the patient's name at the top of the patient record.
Click 'Upload a photo' and choose from your files.
🚨 Important to remember: If your practice likes to include profile photos for patients, ensure you ask for consent when patients are signing up, and don't include photos without their consent.
