How does the sidebar work when switching between patients / closing the patient file?

When using the sidebar, If you close patient file A or switch to patient file B whilst still having a separate tab open for this patient, the tab showing patient A’s images/x-rays will automatically close. This eliminates the risk of viewing the incorrect images for patient B.

If you have the sidebar pinned, when swapping between patients, the sidebar will automatically reload with the new patient's images; if the sidebar is NOT pinned, the panel will close when swapping between patients and would need to be reopened manually.
