How do I add a billing provider to a predetermination or claim?
If you are having difficulty adding a predetermination, please review the following tips to troubleshoot the issue:
If you can't see what you're expecting in the dropdown, it might be because they don't have a certificate installed in Dentally. Only dentists/providers with certificates installed against their Dentally account will be listed in the dropdown menu for the billing provider when submitting claims or predetermination claims.
If no providers are listed in the dropdown menu, this indicates that no CDAnet certificates have been added against practitioners. Each practitioner within your practice can set up and access their certificates. They will need a login for Dentally, which can be set at any permission level.
