Can practitioners manage their own certificates?
Each practitioner within your practice can set up and access their certificates. They will need a login for Dentally, which can be set at any permission level.
Certificates can be managed from the 'My account' section in Dentally.
How do I access my CDAnet certificate?
Click here to go to CDAnet and log in with the office (dental practice) or individual provider's CDAnet login information.
Select the name of the provider/office then select 'Get Secure Code'.
To add in Dentally, log into your account and go to your name in the top right corner. Click the dropdown and select 'My account'.
Go to your 'Insurance Certificates', and click '+ Certificate'.
You will be prompted to enter your CDA code. Enter the secure code you got from CDAnet in the steps above and click 'Save'.
The provider is now registered and is able to send claims through Dentally to CDAnet.
📝 Please note: If you are a practitioner at a multi-site practice, you may need a certificate for each site you are operating in.
