Can practitioners manage their own certificates?

Each practitioner within your practice can set up and access their certificates. They will need a login for Dentally, which can be set at any permission level.

Certificates can be managed from the 'My account' section in Dentally.

How do I access my CDAnet certificate?

  • Click here to go to CDAnet and log in with the office (dental practice) or individual provider's CDAnet login information.

  • Select the name of the provider/office then select 'Get Secure Code'.

  • To add in Dentally, log into your account and go to your name in the top right corner. Click the dropdown and select 'My account'.

  • Go to your 'Insurance Certificates', and click '+ Certificate'.

  • You will be prompted to enter your CDA code. Enter the secure code you got from CDAnet in the steps above and click 'Save'.

  • The provider is now registered and is able to send claims through Dentally to CDAnet.

πŸ“ Please note: If you are a practitioner at a multi-site practice, you may need a certificate for each site you are operating in.
