How do I print a manual insurance claim form?
There are two ways to print an insurance claim form through Dentally - you can do so before or after the claim is submitted. Both process are done from within the patient record.
To print the claim form before it has been electronically submitted:
In the patient record, open the 'Account' tab.
Begin a new claim.
Select 'Print claim' at the bottom before putting in any details. This will generate blank primary and secondary forms for you to print, which will download automatically as a PDF.
To print the claim after it has been electronically submitted:
In the patient record, open the 'Claims' tab.
Identify the claim you wish to print.
Click 'Download Primary' or 'Download Secondary' - this will automatically download the respective completed claim form.
