How do I integrate with DenGro?
Once you have set up an account with DenGro which can be done through their website you can connect your account to Dentally as follows;
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Select DenGro.
And click Login to DenGro.
This will then prompt you to log in on the DenGro website.
How does this two-way integration work?
DenGro's integration with Dentally allows two-way syncing of patient and appointment information across both platforms in real time. The integration removes the need for time-consuming manual data entry without switching in and out of the two systems, ultimately saving time and reducing the chances of human error.
Information flows both ways ensuring an efficient, streamlined workflow and faster task completion. From updating a patient record to creating, rescheduling or cancelling appointments โ itโs all synced and straightforward.
What can I do with DenGro integration?
DenGro's two-way integration allows you to:
Create a Dentally record using lead data in DenGro.
Sync an existing lead and Dentally record together.
Find and make an appointment in Dentally, whilst in DenGro.
Sync an appointment you have made in Dentally to a lead in DenGro.
View Dentally payment statistics, showing total invoiced and total paid on the Lead Profile page.
In addition to this:
An online booking made directly on Dentally will trigger a task on your DenGro Today page allowing you to create the patient as a lead or sync to an existing lead.
Individual invoices are available so you can see total invoiced and total paid per invoice.
