Users now have the ability to add the Medicare Card number and IRN (Individual Reference Number) to the Patient Details page for patients.

On the Patient Details, Select the Edit button next to the Medicare number field to open the Medicare Details modal and complete the required fields.

Medicare Number: This is the 10 digit number on the card eg. 3501 80315 1

IRN Number: This is the Individual Reference Number of each patient on the card

Expiry Date: This is the date that the card is valid to

NOTE: To add the date, scroll down to select the year and then select the month

Plan: The patient's payment plan

Balance: Only available for CDBS payment plan patients

Select Save

Note: The Patient Details page for that patient will show the last digit of the Medicare Card only for security purposes. To view the card details, select the edit icon.
