How do I adjust the perio exam settings?
Navigate to the 'Perio' tab against any patient's record.
Click into the 'Settings' ⚙️ icon at the top of the screen.
You can then adjust the chart running order of both the arch order and the direction in which these will be charted:
Arch order: Drag and drop each of the Buccal, Palatal and Lingual tabs into your desired sequence.
Direction: Use the 'Switch' button on each tab to choose which direction you the exam will progress in.
📝 Please note - The Dentally software is regionalised and therefore our Canadian users will see Upper Lingual instead of Upper Palatal throughout the Perio screens.
Lastly you can adjust wether or not the exam itself will progress automatically to the neighbouring cell of if you wish to progress the exam manually by using the tab or arrow keys on your key board.
Click 'Done' to save your changes.
