๐Ÿ“ Please note: Even though estimate and consent forms serve different purposes in surgery, they are ALL created under the 'Estimates' tab in your 'Templates' settings and are used from the 'Create an estimate' button on the patient's 'Chart' tab.

How to add a new estimate/consent form template

  • Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Templates' > 'Estimates'.

  • Click 'New Template' in the top right.

  • If you wish to work off an existing template, you can select one to work from under the 'Copy existing template' drop-down field.

  • Then, give your new template a unique name to ensure it is easily recognisable.

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Multisite step: Choose which location you wish for the template to be available under, or leave this as 'All Locations'
