Can I create promotional discount codes for patients to use on Dentally Portal?
It is not currently possible to create discount codes on Portal.
We hope to reintroduce something similar in the future, but we are focused on adding value in other areas of the product for the time being.
It is possible to create discounts within a plan - this is different from promo codes.
