How to withdraw an NHS Scotland claim

This article applies to claims for NHS Scotland.

A Claim CANNOT be withdrawn electronically. You MUST talk with Practitioner Services to withdraw a claim.

You can mark a claim as "withdrawn" in Dentally but unless Practitioner Services have been contacted to withdraw the claim, it will still be reconciled.
