Can I record a patient's doctor?
You can note a patient's doctor within their patient record to ensure they can be contacted if needed.
To set a doctor up:
Go to 'Settings' and click 'Contacts'.
Open the 'Doctors' tab and click 'New'.
Complete the necessary fields to identify the doctor.
When you are ready, click 'Save'. The doctor will now appear in your list of contacts under 'Doctor' in the 'Details' tab of the patient record.
💡Top tip : Any doctors you add here will be available for you to choose from on the patient's 'Details' tab; however, you can always add a doctor directly from the patient's details screen by using the '+' button to the right of the 'Doctor' field.
