How to use the 'Unbooked Treatment' report?

  • Navigate to your 'Reports' menu and scroll down to the 'Treatment' section, then click on the 'Unbooked Treatment' report.

  • Use the filters on the left-hand side as needed, to filter by timeframe, location (if a multi-site), and other treatment plan details.

  • The 'Appointment status' filter is particularly important - it will default to 'Has unbooked appointments', and can be adjusted to help identify patients for further action, such as booking next appointments or following up on missed appointments. Please note the distinction between 'Has unbooked appointment' and 'Next appointment needs booking':

    • 'Has unbooked appointments' - This will show all treatment plans that have any unbooked appointments, even if the next service appointment in the plan has been booked.

    • 'Next appointment needs booking' - This will only show treatment plans where the next service appointment is unbooked.

  • Other actions you can complete from within the report include:

    • Opening a patient record by clicking the blue treatment plan number or patient name.

    • Downloading the data as a .csv file, using the 'Export' button in the top right of the report.

    • Clicking 'Complete unfinished treatment plans' to bulk mark all the displayed treatment plans as complete.

๐Ÿ’กTop tip: You can hover over the โ„น๏ธ icon at the top of columns to see more info about the data in that column!
