How to use the 'Unbooked Treatment' report

How to run the 'Unbooked Treatment' report?

  • Navigate to your 'Reports' menu and scroll down to the 'Treatment' section where you can click on the 'Unbooked Treatment' report.

  • Use the filters down the left hand side to set your location and timeframe preferences.

  • For this report its important to take note of these two filter fields:

    • Appointment status

    • Complete

  • These will automatically be selected but you can adjust these if needed, For example the Appointment status could be changes to 'Missed appointment needs rebooking' to find a whole new list of people that are due for a follow up appointment.

  • You can work through the list by clicking on the blue Patient name of Treatment plan number.

  • Alternatively, you can export your list using the 'Export' button which lets you export the data from the report into a CSV spreadsheet.

๐Ÿ’กTop Tip: Did you know? You can hover the โ„น๏ธ icon next to each column header across the top of your report to see a tooltip pop up giving you a little more info about the data presented in that column!


Why should I be using the unbooked treatments report?

The Unbooked Treatments report is very useful for identifying any patients that have planned treatments that are currently unfinished!

It is a create report to use and reference when finding patients to fill white space in your diary. It is a key report when it comes to optimising your practitioners calendars.
