How do I use the 'Invoices' report?
In the 'Reports' menu, select 'Invoices'.
You will see a list of all invoices, including patient name, reference number, summary, total and status.
Invoices are listed in chronological order, with the most recent first.
Click a patient's name to open their patient record.
Use the filters on the left to adjust your view:
Set a date range
Choose whether to view unpaid, paid or all invoices
Filter to only invoices for patients whose accounts are in credit/debit or settled.
You could use this to identify patients who have outstanding invoices but have settled accounts (suggesting invoices need allocating correctly), and patients who have outstanding invoices AND debt (who may require follow-up).
Click 'Export' in the top right to export the report as a .csv file.
