To authorise the Xero integration with Dentally...

  • Go to Settings, select Integrations and click Xero.

  • Click the Authorise button which will redirect you to the Xero website, and log in to your account.

  • The app will then ask you to select what Xero account you would like to connect to Dentally from a list. You will then be redirected to Dentally.

    • If you have multiple Xero accounts make sure to select the correct account and click authorise.

  • If the integration has been successful you will see a green message notifying you of this.

To configure the settings...

  • First, select the bank account that is used to receive the revenue your practice generates.

  • You can then select what Xero accounts your Dentally payment plans should go in

The One-Off Button...

This will create a Xero invoice for the given date. When you click the button it asks for confirmation, and allows you to create an invoice if it's been missed, or needs to be added later.

Please note! Dentally automatically creates invoices so this should only be used to backfill data on Xero.
