How do I manage my non-clinical notes?
In the patient record, go to the 'Notes' tab.
From here you can:

How do I customise the colour of a non-clinical note?
In the patient record, go to the 'Notes' tab.
Find the note you wish to customise. In the bottom right corner, click the โน๏ธ icon (the 'i' in a circle).
This will open the note's customisation view. You will see a range of colours you can choose from.
Click the colour you want, then click 'Save'.
When the sticky note flips back round, it will be in the colour you have selected.
How do I pin a non-clinical note?
Pinning a non-clinical note will make it pop up in the top right corner of the patient's record whenever you navigate to it. To pin a sticky note:
In the patient record, go to the 'Notes' tab.
Find the note you wish to pin. Click the ๐ pin icon in the bottom right corner of the note
Ensure you click 'Save' after clicking the pin - if you don't, the note will not be pinned to the 'Details' screen.
Once the note has been successfully pinned, refresh the page and the sticky note will appear in the top right corner of the patient record.
It will be visible on every tab, making it easy to spot your pinned notes at a glance from anywhere in the patient record - but you can also hide the pinned note at any time if it is in your way (it will reappear next time you visit this patient's record).
You can also make edits to the pinned note from anywhere in the patient record, in the same way as you do from the 'Notes' tab.
It is possible to have more than one pinned note visible.
How do I hide a pinned non-clinical note?
You can hide a pinned note if it is in the way of your view.
From anywhere in the patient record, click 'Hide' on the pinned note you wish to dismiss.
The pinned note will disappear from view until the next time you refresh.
How do I delete a non-clinical note?
In the patient record, go to the 'Notes' tab.
Find the note you wish to customise. In the top left corner of the customisation view, click the โ button (the X in a circle).
A warning message will appear. If you wish to continue deleting the note, click 'Delete'. Once deleted, the note cannot be restored.
How do I view a non-clinical note's audit history?
You can see when a note was edited, by whom, or what changes were made, using the 'Note History'.
In the patient record, go to the 'Notes' tab.
Find the note you wish to view. Click the clock ๐ icon under the author and to the left of the last edited time.
This will open the 'Note History' side panel. From here you can see every time a note was edited and saved - including text edits, pinning and colour customisation. Changes will only appear in the 'Note History' panel if you clicked 'Save' after making the change.
