Clinical AI Notes can be enabled or disabled at a practice level, giving you full control over whether the feature is available to your team.
Before you start
You must be logged in as a Level 4 user to change this setting.
Turning clinical AI notes on
If clinical AI notes are currently turned off and you’d like to enable them:
Go to 'Settings'
Select 'Practice'
Open 'AI Notes'
Toggle this on at the top by clicking 'Enable AI notes'
Once enabled, Clinical AI Notes will be available to ALL users in your practice.
Turning clinical AI notes off
If you decide clinical AI notes aren’t right for your practice, you can turn them off at any time:
Go to 'Settings'
Select 'Practice'
Open 'AI Notes'
Toggle this off at the top by clicking 'Switch off AI notes'
When disabled, Clinical AI Notes will no longer be available to ALL users in your practice.
