Using practice templates helps standardise note-taking across your team - making documentation faster, clearer, and more consistent for everyone.
To make a template available to all users in the clinical AI notes screen, a Level 4 user must enable it from your Template settings:
Go to 'Settings' -> 'Templates' -> 'Notes'
Find the relevant template(s)
Tick the 'Show on AI notes' box
๐ Please Note: There are two different types of clinical note templates in Dentally and both appear slightly differently when using AI notes:
