Global updates ๐ŸŒŽ

๐Ÿ†• New: Short notice filler is here!

Our new short notice filler helps you identify and fill last-minute gaps in your calendar automatically. Add appointments to your short notice list when booking - then open the filler (using the jigsaw ๐Ÿงฉ button in the top right of the calendar), to send optimised and automated SMS messages to suitable patients until the slot is filled. No more manual lists or phone calls - turn empty slots into opportunities while staying fully in control!

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: Negative payments in 'Quick allocate' dropdown

We've updated the 'Quick allocate' dropdown at the top of the 'Account' screen to now show both negative and positive unallocated payments, where previously negative payments were not included.

This makes it easier to allocate a refund against a note without needing to open the 'Payments' tab. It also means that, if you have a positive and negative amount that cancel each other out, it will show as ยฃ0 rather than showing only the positive amount.

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: Clearer guidance for SMS payment links

Weโ€™ve made it easier to understand when a patient's lack of mobile number is stopping a payment link from being sent via SMS. Instead of an ambiguous error message, you won't be able to click the 'Send' button if a valid mobile number is not present, with a reminder to add a number first.

๐ŸŒŸ Improved: Perio tab design when no exams are present

When no periodontal exams have yet been recorded for a patient, the 'Perio' tab now displays a message explaining how to create a new exam - no more blank page!

๐Ÿ› Bug fixes:

  • We resolved issues which were causing default payment plans to be set incorrectly.

  • Implants will now always display correctly on the 6-pocket perio chart.

  • The bin ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ icon (normally displayed in treatment plans) will no longer appear erroneously on other pages.

  • You can now assign a zone to a zone group without being asked to change the start date of the zone.

  • For multi-sites, if you filtered the 'Patients' report to a specific location, it will now correctly reflect payment plans for that location only.


UK-specific updates ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

๐Ÿ†• New: Search by NHS ID in the 'NHS Claims' report

We've introduced a claim ID search tool within the 'NHS Claims' report, so you can quickly find and review individual claims using NHS ID, rather than having to manually locate specific claims.

This will improve efficiency and helps you save valuable time when following up on NHS submissions.


CA-specific updates ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

๐Ÿ› Bug fix: Insurance pending payments will now display consistently in the account screen, instead of occasionally disappearing in some cases when users navigated away or refreshed.
