If you notice a clinical AI note that appears to be stuck in a 'Pending' status, donโ€™t worry - your transcription hasnโ€™t been lost.

You can use the 'Retry' feature that lets you regenerate the note again directly from your previously entered transcription without losing your original data.


How to 'Retry' a 'Pending' AI note

  1. Open the 'History' tab in your clinical notes sidebar.

  2. Find the note with the 'Pending' status.

  3. Select the three-dot menu next to the note.

  4. Choose 'Retry'.

Where to find the 'Retry' option when a note is stuck as 'Pending'

๐Ÿ“ Please Note - The 'Retry' button may take a minute or two to appear after the initial note generation. Once you select 'Retry', the system will reprocess the transcription and generate your note as intended.
