🚨 Important: Any user with 'Manage daily diary' enabled in their permissions can access these settings, unless you also enable 'Prevent editing short notice filler settings'. This restricts access to short notice settings while keeping all other diary permissions intact.
How do I edit my short notice settings?
To set the date range for appointments to be eligible for the short notice filler:
Navigate to 'Settings', then click 'Diary' and then the 'Short notice' tab.
Here you can select:
How far in advance appointments have to be in order for the patient's appointment to show in the short notice list.
Any zone groups which you wish to be excluded when displaying empty slots.
Whether you wish to see a reminder when moving an appointment to the calendar from the clipboard.
