How do I set the booking interval for an unbooked appointment?

  • When creating a new treatment plan in the 'Chart' screen, if you add a new appointment to the plan, you will see a clock icon above the appointment.

  • Click the clock โฐ icon to set the booking interval.

  • Set the number of days, weeks or months after the previous appointment that the next appointment should be booked in for.

  • When you're happy, click 'Set interval'.

  • When added, this will automatically add the interval to the appointment in the 'Appointments' tab, so the person booking can see when they need to book the appointment.

  • It will also show in the chart so you can see at a glance what the interval is.

  • You can also edit or remove it at any time by clicking the clock โฐ icon again.
