A Case Acceptance or Treatment Conversion dashboard is something we recommend setting up and tracking as part of our Elevate program and is only available as part of your MPC package.

This MPC dashboard, once created using the instructions below, will track treatment conversions โ€” e.g: how many proposed treatments are going ahead. Itโ€™s built using specific reports within MPC that you can choose and assemble to track the journey from treatment plan to started/accepted care.

Why is this important?

Tracking case acceptance is an an important metric to track is helps you:

  • Identify gaps between proposed and accepted treatment

  • Spot high-value treatments not being followed up

  • Support TCOs and clinical teams with real data

  • Guide appraisals and coaching

  • Improve patient outcomes and practice performance

How to setup and create this dashboard

โœ… Step 1: Go to Custom Dashboards

  1. Log in to MPC.

  2. Navigate to Custom Dashboards in the left-hand menu.

๐Ÿ“Please Note - This dashboard is not prebuilt โ€” youโ€™ll need to create it yourself using key reports in MPC.

โœ… Step 2: Start creating your Dashboard

Manually add the following report widgets to your dashboard using the 'Manage Features Selection' button under the Config Area.

Scroll through the list and find the following feature tiles and click to add these to your Selected tiles.

  1. Treatments created (Quotes) versus started booked

  2. Completed treatments value

If you are an NHS site or a mixed practice you may also wish to add the following:

  1. NHS treatment created (quotes) versus started booked

  2. NHS Completed treatments value

Once added select 'Return to Dashboard'

โœ… Step 3: Add your filters

Before saving you dashboard you can configure your new report tiles to show the information for the required timeframes, treatment values and payors. Once happy select 'Apply' to generate your report, these settings will then be remembered going forward.

โœ… Step 4: Saving your Dashboard

Once happy click 'Save Dashboard as new template' at the top of the page.

Give it a name and choose the 'Tag' and 'Type' depending on your settings. This can help make it easier to find later if you have a lot of Dashboards.

Click 'Save' on this screen and your new custom dashboard will now be available as part of your drop down list at the top of your Custom Dashboard screen in MPC.

How to use your new dashboard

Once youโ€™ve created your custom dashboard in MPC you can use the four reports to gain insights into your practices treatment conversions.
