What can I do if EXAMINE Pro is loading slowly?
If EXAMINE Pro is loading slowly, check the following:
Navigate to 'Options' → 'X-Ray Acquisition'. Take note of the module with a tick next to it and then select ‘Setup’.
Select ‘Modules', and click ‘Disable all X-Ray modules’. This will make all of the modules turn red.
Find the module that had a tick next to it, and click on the button under ‘Load’. This will re-activate that module only.
Click ‘Save Changes’ and select 'Misc setting' and then 'Maintenance'. In the CPU section, make sure there is NOT a tick in Force Single CPU. Click 'Save Changes' and 'Exit'.
EXAMINE Pro will now relaunch.
