What do I do if I get a 'Plug-in Execution Failed' error in EXAMINE Pro?
Open EXAMINE Pro via the Dentally Imaging Bridge.
Go to 'Options' in the top menu.
Select 'X-ray Acquisition' from the dropdown list.
A list of supported x-ray modules will appear. Most will be greyed out except for the compatible modules.
Select the module that matches the brand or model of your x-ray device.
Close the settings and try capturing an x-ray again. The acquisition screen should now load correctly using the selected module.
