Show your data your way with custom dashboards in MPC, to set up your Dashboard, click on My Dashboards on the toolbar and select Custom Dashboards. From here you can choose a pre-configured dashboard to work from or build and save your own.

Creating Custom Dashboards

Use the drop down list at the top of the Custom Dashboard screen to choose a template to load.

After choosing a dashboard to work from you can scroll through each report and set up the parameters that you wish to see on your dashboard.

If you want to start from scratch or add a new section which isn't already featured to a pre-configured template, you can do so by...

  • Clicking on the Manage Features button at the top of the Custom Dashboard screen.

  • Look through the available sections, you can use the Filter by feature drop down on the right to make this easier to look through.

  • When you find what you are after click 'Add Feature'

  • Then click 'Return to Dashboard'

  • Any new items will be added to the bottom of your current dashboard.

When you are ready to save your template use the Save Dashboard as new Template button at the top of the screen.

You can give your dashboard a name and a tag as well as a type, this can be private for your use only by ticking the box or if left unticked it will be available to all. You can also set it to save the current practice selection so next time it loads it will be filtered to the same selected practices.

๐Ÿ’ก Top Tip - You can update your dashboards at any time by making any adjustments to your parameters or selected sections and using the Update Active Template button.

Viewing Custom Dashboards

After creating and saving a Custom Dashboard it will be saved in the same Template dropdown at the top of the Custom Dashboard screen.

Remember, when viewing your dashboards you can always adjust any parameters of individual sections or update the practices currently being viewed to ensure you are seeing exactly what you need to at any one time.

I cant edit Custom Dashboards on MPC

If you are unable to view, edit or configure custom dashboards your admin MPC user will need to grant you permission under the User Permission button in the top right of the Custom Dashboard screen.

From here they can add individual practice users and grant them read and/or configure permission to custom dashboards.
