Are you receiving the following error from the NHS systems - Message is Scot::XMLError NHS Scotland claim: Invalid XML: Practice: , Practitioner: &11a3c60-4a*1-4afe-bc1f-e837db(7658e, Patient: c01*3191-c6eb-44*9-96e7-5cf4197326*5 ProfCode cannot be blank.
To resolve the error, you will need to contact the NHS and make sure they have the practitioner mentioned in the error registered as a dentist at your practice.

After you have confirmed all his details, make sure they are in the practitioner profile in Dentally, you can check this by going to;
Settings > Users > Practitioner Tab.
Choose Edit on the relevant Practitioner.
The edit icon is found to the right of the name.
Update the details to match those the NHS has provided to you.
