Are you receiving the following error from the NHS systems - Message is Scot::XMLError NHS Scotland claim: Invalid XML: Practice: , Practitioner: &11a3c60-4a*1-4afe-bc1f-e837db(7658e, Patient: c01*3191-c6eb-44*9-96e7-5cf4197326*5 ProfCode cannot be blank.

To resolve the error, you will need to contact the NHS and make sure they have the practitioner mentioned in the error registered as a dentist at your practice.

After you have confirmed all his details, make sure they are in the practitioner profile in Dentally, you can check this by going to;

  • Settings > Users > Practitioner Tab.

  • Choose Edit on the relevant Practitioner.

    • The edit icon is found to the right of the name.

  • Update the details to match those the NHS has provided to you.
