How to find a gap across multiple providers
The ideal way to look for availability across providers is by using the 'hide & show calendars' feature on the appointment diary in Dentally.
Go to your appointment book and click on the 'hide & show calendars'
icon.Click 'Hide all' to remove all the current columns from your diary
Then chose just the two providers you need to see.
You can then compare the diaries to find consecutive appointments or even appointments together if needed.
💡Top Tip: To see more days at once you can use the 'Change view' 
icon to switch to a multi day view, giving you a 5-day view of both the dentist's and the hygienist's diaries 🎉
Using the +1 week search function at the top of the calendar, allows you to search quickly through the weeks looking for white space.
Once you find a suitable space either dray and drop your appointments from the clipboard, or click on the space and add your appointment from scratch.
