One way to find availability across multiple practitioners is by using the calendar controls to have both practitioners visible at the same time.
You can then compare the diaries to find a suitable gap where both practitioners are free.
💡Top Tip: To see more days at once you can use the 'Change view' 
icon to switch to the multi day view, giving you a 5-day view of both practitioners' diaries.
