Incomplete NHS Treatment - Scotland
If a patient fails to return for the completion of their treatment, clinicians can send off their NHS claim to receive money for the treatment already delivered.
If a patient does not return for routine treatments such as radiographs or fillings then you simply send the claim off with the treatments you have completed ticked.
NOTE - When claiming for part treatments on items such as dentures, bridges, crowns or Perio scaling, its important to use the correct codes provided on the SDR. This is crucial for the GP17 to be able to request the correct payment.
