You cannot upload x-rays and photographs from the initial Prior Approval submission screen. Adding evidence is a 3-step process.

Step 1 - You must wait until the Prior Approval is submitted and has come back, usually with the code VAA (Validated Awaiting Attachments) and a URL you can click on to upload the information.

Step 2 -You click on the URL, upload the information and then make sure you have checked all fields again to tell Practitioner Services exactly what you have submitted.

Step 3 - Once you have uploaded the evidence, and checked the additional details are correct you must SUBMIT the evidence, using the Submit button again.

The machine you use to upload this evidence MUST have a SWAN connection or you will not be able to connect and upload files.
