How do I generate an invoice for a completed treatment?
When treatment has been completed, you will need to charge it in order for an invoice to be created. This will generate an invoice for all the treatment provided, updating the patient's balance accordingly. All treatments charged on the same day will be included in a single invoice.
Within the treatment plan, tick all items that are ready to be charged.
Then click 'Charge' at the bottom.
The treatment items you ticked will then update as locked, with a padlock icon showing this - this means you can't make changes to them without unlocking them.
You can use the up arrow next to the 'Charge' button to generate an invoice showing a date prior to today's date - click it, then click the dash, then a date picker will open.
The invoice containing the charged treatments will now be visible in the 'Account' tab.
