How to show payment plan/fee schedule price comparisons in an estimate

๐Ÿ“ Please note: In some regions, payment plans are referred to as fee schedules. In this article and throughout our Help Centre, 'Payment plan' can be used interchangeably with 'Fee schedule'.

Can I create an estimate with a price comparison for two different payment plans/fee schedules?

  • Start generating an estimate as normal.

  • At the top of the estimate creator, alongside the 'Template' and 'Practitioner' fields, you will see 'Compare with payment plan' (UK/ROI) or 'Compare with fee schedule' (APAC/CA).

  • Select the additional plan you wish to compare to the patient's existing plan on their estimate.

  • We recommend adjusting the wording in the estimate text to note that it includes price comparison.

  • Proceed with the rest of the estimate as normal, and click 'Create'.

  • The estimate will now include a column for the plan you selected, in addition to a column for 'Current Planned Pricing'.

  • Repeat this process multiple times if you wish to provide the patient with multiple comparisons.
