Dentally Mail saves you the time, hassle and expense of printing and sending your postal correspondence.

With Dentally Mail enabled, your printed correspondence is submitted electronically at 4pm, printed and posted out the same day.

To activate Dentally Mail, you need to switch it on in your Settings > Practice Settings > Postal Tab. This requires Level 4 (Administrator) Permissions to do this.

Set Enable Dentally Mail to ‘Yes’ and select the default options for First or Second-class postage and colour or monochrome printing.

Please note that double-sided printing is NOT possible at this time.

You can override these options when you create a new piece of correspondence, but Dentally will always default to the options selected on this screen.

Once you have the settings you need, click on the Save and Dentally Mail is ready to use.

You set a spending limit when you set up Dentally mail. You can send letters up until you have reached your spending limit. You will be warned if you come close to spending more than you have budgeted. You then have the choice to increase your limit, or not send the outstanding letters. A Level 4 Administrator can increase the spending limit.

Letters printed are shown in the Printed Letters Report.
