How do I manage my settings for Dentally Mail?
Navigate to your postal settings.
Here you can enable Dentally Mail by ticking the checkbox.
You can then set your preferences:
Class - Choose 1st or 2nd class, which may vary the cost. Any letters submitted by 4pm will be printed and posted the same day.
Colour - Select if you wish to print in colour (additional cost) or black and white.
Click 'Save' to confirm your changes.
📝 Please note: Double-sided printing is not currently available.
When you send letters using Dentally Mail, we will default to your chosen preferences, but you can override theses preferences when you create a new correspondence.
You can send letters up to the spending limit you established when signing up to Dentally Mail. You will be warned if you come close to going over budget. Level 4 users can increase your spending limit.
